Barnsley Hall & Court - Luxury Apartments
Bringing heritage properties back to life is specialism here at BN Developments, and this was an opportunity we were awarded with when taking on this stunning project. Converting a former Victorian hospital in Bromsgrove into luxury apartments was a challenge we relished, our team worked tirelessly to purchase, restore and renew the property – while making sure to keep the original period features, giving the new apartments a unique charm and sophistication.
The Hollies - Rural Development
Rural land offers a massive opportunity to develop new homes, but we had a slightly different goal in mind in this case. The project focused on lovingly reviving a grade-two listed, derelict farmhouse to its former glory, including new service installation and full renovation work. It was a major undertaking for the team, but the opportunity to restore this once-stunning home to its former grandeur and beauty made it all worthwhile.
In order to make the best use of the land, we hope to expand the housing opportunities on this site, for which we have put in applications for a further two dwellings – each of which, we will complete to our unwaveringly high standards.
